Returns & Exchanges at All Drop Mart

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at All Drop Mart. If you're not entirely happy, we offer a simple and straightforward process to return or exchange your order.

Returns & Exchanges in Four Simple Steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    To start your return or exchange, please email us with your reason for the return, along with a photo for clarification. Contact Us

  2. Cancellation Form:
    Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a cancellation form. Please fill out the form and send it back to us via email.

  3. Return the Product:
    Ship the product back to our warehouse at the address provided in the form. Be sure to include a tracking number for your return shipment.

  4. Refund Process:
    Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your original purchase amount will be credited to your account.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will vary depending on the shipping company and the return destination.

Return Policy:

  • You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Sale items cannot be returned for a refund but may be exchanged or credited with a voucher.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please let us know at the time of return registration. We’ll expedite the exchange process to complete it as quickly as possible.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges:

  • If the item you'd like to exchange for is no longer available, our customer service team will assist you with alternative options and expected availability dates.

Order Number:

  • Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after purchase. If you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your product is defective or damaged, please Contact Us immediately and include a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.

Late Returns:

  • Returns outside the 30-day period cannot be processed. Please make sure to initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once we’ve received your return, it will be processed within 14 days. You will be notified when the refund is complete. Please allow up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
